Singerly Fire Company is a local organization with members who have volunteered their time, day and night, since 1892. While we are proud of our work, we are always striving to improve. The funds raised for Singerly Fire Company are for your benefit. Our ambulance and fire crews are available to help you whether you are a resident, property owner, or someone vacationing and enjoying the county.
When you drive by our main fire station on Newark Avenue you will notice construction has begun on a building which will add 26,000 square-feet, a two story addition which is needed to accommodate fire service and ambulance apparatus. This addition will also include much needed office space, training facilities, ten bunk rooms and shower facilities. Singerly Fire Company provides fire, emergency medical, and rescue services to a 92 square-mile area and it has become necessary to have paid as well as volunteer crews in the station at all times.
Singerly Fire Company is awaiting delivery of a new engine/rescue. Our apparatus is continually evaluated to provide the most effective coverage to our neighbors. The annual fund drive offsets the cost of repairing as well as maintaining these apparatus. Every dollar donated goes directly to Singerly Fire Company and benefits you.
Our goal this year is a donation of $45.00 per family
Senior Citizens donations are appreciated.

If you wish to designate your United Way donation to Singerly Fire Company, you must ask your United Way Chairman for a designator form each year. Write in your favorite organization’s name . If you receive our Annual Fund Drive letter, it means we did not receive a United Way designated donation. We acknowledge all United Way donations if requested. We appreciate all donations and will honor the request of those who wish to remain anonymous, or don’t wish to be acknowledged
Singerly Fire Company requests donations once a year through the mail and NEVER conducts phone solicitations.
